Real estate has always felt like a natural fit for me, mostly because at its core, it’s about people—and I’ve spent over 20 years in customer service learning how to truly take care of them. My background as a flight attendant taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and make people feel comfortable and confident, even during big, stressful moments. Those skills transfer seamlessly into real estate, where trust and experience matter just as much as expertise.
I built my business as the rural realtor, working with land, country homes, and the kinds of properties that come with a story and a little extra complexity. Those roots are still a huge part of who I am and how I work. While my business has naturally grown to include more luxury and high-end homes, I’m just as passionate about helping clients with rural properties and land as I’ve always been.

Kristen leads the residential side of the business, helping buyers and sellers navigate everything from rural properties and land to luxury and high-end homes. J focuses exclusively on commercial and investment real estate, working with investors and business owners on strategic acquisitions, analysis, and long-term planning.
While we do not work jointly on the same transactions, our partnership allows us to operate with a shared philosophy, strong market insight, and a deep understanding of both residential and investment real estate. Clients benefit from specialized expertise, clear communication, and professionals who are fully focused on their specific goals.
